This looks good. My kids love couscous - we’re having it tonight spicy in a one-pot thing with chicken, in fact, but I usually do it like a salad - so nice to have another variation to do with it.

Sounds scrumptious. I’m making your beef pie recipe this weekend as have some frozen pastry left over from Christmas.

This looks great! Love tomato + fish dishes. This looks like a step up from our staple tomato-based sauce with vegetables and a tin of tuna (unappetisingly - but accurately tbf - named “tuna glop” in this household).

Out of interest, where do you get cod cheeks? I’m keen to try this but might have to use cut up cod filets instead.

Try your local fishmonger (if you have one)..

yes it's generally a fishmonger thing - only very useful because cod cheeks don't disintegrate in a sauce in the way that fillets can unless you are very careful. but it's much of a muchness

Yum! Will definitely give this a try. Thank you.

PS - Glad I'm not the only one who always forgets to add my herb garnish to the dish - even when I've pre-chopped it and left it beside the stove!

I have left entire side dishes in the oven, e.g. a pot of red cabbage

Ha, I've left red cabbage in the oven on Christmas Day too. Shows no one would really miss it, I guess.
