Wish I’d seen this earlier today… spent 12 hours in my son’s room stripping wallpaper.

Ate 3 biscuits for ‘lunch’! 😏 Room looks good tho! 🤣

Yum, love tuna. Could eat it every day. These look quite nice, and probably a good change from my current obsession with home-made versions of the Joe and the juice tunacado sandwiches.

Also those John West No Drain fridge pots are the absolute biz… so so easy compared to draining a tin. A pity they stick an entirely unnecessary plastic lid on top of each pot (I mean seriously who wouldn’t just use the whole pot of tuna, it’s 110g ffs) but nothing is perfect in this life I guess

I make these all the time… you can also use the seaweed as a wrapper for the ball rather than mixing it through. Lazy, but also echt (I lived in Osaka for three years… )

Sounds delicious! Sadly I'm on no/v low carb (combined with 16:8) for the foreseeable, dammit.

That sounds so delicious, thank you. My children are also obsessed with sushi rice, and mayo, they would love this. Also recommend Bee Wilson's donburi bowls from her amazing book The Secret of Cooking.

You have reminded me that I used to live off deconstructed brown rice salmon sushi to force myself to consume protein. Cold brown rice, salmon fillets, ginger, chilli, wrapped in a sushi sheet.
