I have written before about making your own tomato sauce. It was a faintly torturous thing, involving roasting tomatoes and peppers and then passing them through a sieve but I insisted that this was the only way to live.
And now! There is an even quicker way to live. I think I have been recommended this tomato sauce by a few Spikers but I only this weekend got round to making it because I heard my friend Charlotte rhapsodising about it.
